This section of our webpage, is to provide a bit of guidance and answers to some regularly asked qustions or guidance request. Here at Engineman, we're all to happy to help you, no matter how big or small you problem is, and no question is regarded as a silly question either.
My serial locked file, doesn't match my decoder, what do I do?
When we send you a serial locked file, the file might currently be set to a decoder that was used for testing that file.
Should your purchased serial locked file not match the decoder type it is to be load in, on your Lokprogrammer, please go to Tools, click Change decoder type, and choose your decoder type.
That will then enable you to load your decoder with one of our fine sound files.
I've purchased a serial locked file, how will I receive my file?
If the sound file is below 25mb, we'll email them to you. If they're over 25mb, please keep an eye out for a Wetransfer link. This may end up in your junk/spam folder. As soon as we have sent your file by email or wetransfer, we'll mark your order as 'shipped', and you'll get a notification through.
